Antique sword / dagger from northern Nigeria, likely from the Beri Beri tribe of the Bornu Provence.
Unfortunately the blade of the sword is stuck in the sheath, presumably it has gotten quite rusty. I've tried pretty hard to free it but have been unable to get it loose. The metalwork on the handle is also very rusty. Still looks great displayed on a wall
