
Antique Japanese Meiji Period vanity box in the form of a miniature armoire or Tallboy dresser, circa late 19th century. A rectangular form made from wood with black lacquer finish. Beautifully hand painted in red and gold featuring a foliate and bird design.
The knob on the bottom drawer has become a bit loose but and there are some areas of wear but apart from that it is in generally good condition.
